It’s easy really- First, decide whether you would like to go with one of premade KITs or build your own custom KIT. You can add and remove as many items as you would like. Next, you choose what type of packaging and what packaging add-ons we will send everything in. Then, we receive your artwork and send you mockups. Once that is approved, our team moves through production and assembles the kits in-house. After KITs are sent out, you can manage, track, and reorder from your personalized dashboard. Any questions and we are here to help.
Yes, our incredible warehouse staff will assemble your KIT product choices into your chosen customized packaging… including all the add-ons like protective crinkle paper, tissue paper, and/or kraft paper.
Yes! If you have anything you’d like to add to your KIT feel free to send it over to us and we will include it. We do have a packing/processing fee for 3rd party items.
You do! We also have amazing in-house designers who can help your ideas come to life. Most commonly, the client provides the deisgns they want displayed in their KIT, but we are more than happy to help you come up with some fun ideas.
We prefer the highest resolution Vector files possible. AI or EPS files are recommended.
Yes! You can let us know the Pantone colors if you would like to specify an exact color (or colors.) If you decide not to give us the pantone colors or don’t know them, we will match the colors as close as possible
Yes, we like to make reordering easy! Your uploaded artwork will be available to revisit via your personalized dashboard when you login to your KIT account.
MOQ stands for minimum order quantity. Our lowest MOQ is 50.
Absolutely! Please head to the “Buy Bulk” section of our website to purchase items without the packaging. Any item on the site can be bought in bulk!
After you have selected the items you want included in your KIT, you will be asked to choose your packaging. This will either be a box (a mailer with varying levels of customization) or a padded envelope (for smaller bundles.) Once you have chosen your packaging, you will then be asked to upload your logo and asked a few more questions. Once you submit your order, you will NOT be asked for payment until we finalize everything on our side with you. We will reach out via email to do so! Given the highly personalized nature of our product, we want to make sure that we have everything perfect before processing payment.
Payment is processed after we have finalized and agreed on all included items and packaging. Once you go through the selection process on the website, one of our sales associates will reach out for finalization and payment. 
We accept all major credit cards!
You can most definitely cancel or change your order any time prior to production. Once we have moved into production, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations due to the nature of customized products.
Glad you asked! Yes, there are quantity discounts. Call us and we can try and accommodate your needs.
We want to ensure that we have enough time to get your kit produced, as well as give your order ample time to ship to your recipients. In order to do this we’d say that it is best to place your order about a month out from when you would like your packages to be delivered. 
From the moment you OK your mockup or order, it takes about 3-4 weeks for your final package to arrive to its end destination.
If you would like a mockup, we can have those to you within 48 hours. You may also provide us with mockups.
If you are in a hurry and our typical production estimates won’t work for you, please let us know and we can pull product options that have a faster turnaround time.
It has never happened but, Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee shipping times since we use third party carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS), however our end goal is to make you happy so if something went wrong on our end we will absolutely work with you to make things right.

You have the option to add this to your KIT during the website’s selection process. We can also add any packaging add-ons afterward, which is what many clients choose to do as we speak in more detail about the levels of customization they want. 
Made from 100% recycled materials, kraft paper fill can be used to protect the integrity of either a box’s contents or the printed exterior box. Sometimes we will suggest that you place your customized box inside of a brown corrugated shipping box so that it remains in perfect condition upon arrival, and kraft paper is used to pad the space between these two boxes to create a snug fit. Adding the customized touch of your logo to this part of packaging creates an elevated unboxing experience.
If you order any apparel, we will reach out to you via a follow-up email for sizing. If you don’t know the exact sizes of all of your recipients, we suggest going with size Large.
Once you place your order (and before payment) we will reach out to you and go over the possible imprint locations for your specific product choices. If you would like to add artwork other than the one you uploaded on the site, we can also go over that. Let us know exactly what you would like your KIT to look like and we’ll make it happen. We can also offer design advice if you’re looking for some inspiration!
Absolutely! We can ship worldwide. Rates are dependent on weight, size, and shipping method.
Yes, we can ship to P.O boxes.
When your shipment goes out, tracking numbers will automatically be uploaded into your dashboard.

Unfortunately due to the nature of third party carriers, we are unable to ensure delivery by a certain date. We find that the design portion of the production process is what typically can take the longest, so if you don’t already have your exact designs please consider allowing yourself and your team extra time to finalize designs.
Most items ship just fine, however the summer months can be tough on food items (especially chocolate!) We can pack perishable items in coolers with ice packs, however during particularly hot periods of the year we may suggest that you choose items that do not incorporate chocolate.

A number of states have statutory provisions that do not allow inter-state shipment of alcohol to consumers, including Alabama, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia and Wyoming. We may be able to arrange local suppliers that can fulfill an order request within a given state for you. Contact us for more information. An adult signature (21+) is required for the final delivery of a package containing alcohol. The receiver/signer must show proper identification.
KITs that do not make it to their intended recipient end up back at our warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We can either send all returned items to an address of your choosing, or we can process and return them to your storage area in our warehouse if we are storing your premade KITs.
Absolutely! This is the best option if you are sending KITs to new-hires or for other reasons that will be ongoing. This is not the correct option for one-time events such as virtual seminars, product releases or online conferences.
